Processing Orders:

All orders received before 12pm PST Monday through Friday (except Holidays) will be processed the next business day. Orders received after 12pm PST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Payment Procedure:

Carrie Scott accepts Visa, MC, AMEX and Discover. If you are experiencing difficulties during checkout or would like to pay with Money Order, a cashier or personal check, please contact customer service at 310.315.1716 or info@carriescott.com. Gift certificates are available for purchase through customer service.

Sales Tax:

Orders shipped to addresses in California only will be charged applicable sales tax. Based on Constitutional guidelines of interstate commerce, states can only require businesses to collect sales tax in states where they have business operations.

Shipping Policy:

Orders may be shipped domestically via UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. International orders will be charged a flat $35 fee and will be shipped via United States Postal Service. UPS does not ship to a PO Box address, please contact Customer Service to arrange an alternate shipping method or with questions at 310-315-1716 or info@carriescott.com

Return Policy:

Carrie Scott wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Unused, full priced merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 15 days or the purchased date. All purchases on sale items are final and a store credit will be issues. Shipping on returned merchandise is non-refundable and Carrie Scott will return credit in the original form of payment or store credit. Allow 1 to 2 weeks to process a refund. Special orders are final sale. Paypal and cash orders will be refunded w/store credit. Expedited Exchange:

Call customer service to ensure the merchandise you want is in stock. Carrie Scott will process the order immediately, waive shipping fees and charge your account for the new merchandise. While waiting on the new shipment, send back the original item and Carrie Scott will credit your account upon receipt.

Standard Exchange:

Please send back unused, full-priced merchandise for an exchange with a description of the item(s) you would like instead. If the item(s) is not available, you will be contacted. Jewelry and sale items will be issued a store credit only. Please send all returns and exchanges insured with proof of delivery to: Customer Service c/o Carrie Scott, 813 18 th Street, Santa Monica, CA 90403. Carrie Scott is not responsible for lost items.
