CARRIE SCOTT FEATURED ON PODCAST EMO GIRL TALK
Santa Monica, CA - On January 15, 2006 Carrie Scott was the first fashion
brand to be featured on the popular teen girl podcast Emo Girl Talk hosted
by 16-year old Martina Butler in San Francisco. Martina, a dance student at
the San Francisco School of the Arts, epitomizes exactly who Carrie Scott creates its products for: independent minded people who create their own
sense of style. Martina reviewed our Cargo handbags and proclaimed them to
be "very cute and that she likes they way they open at the ends." Martina
also said they are "ideal for the beach" since they are water resistant and
easily fit her wallet and sunglasses. She also requested we make another bag

Scott, in conjunction with Reebok, sponsored The Good
Foot Grove Dance Contest held at The Conga Room in
Los Angeles. Winning dancers received Carrie Scott
handbags stuffed with cash money, in addition to other
prizes. A live musical performance was given by A&M’s
